Yes. Points to prove:
1. Does not affect the quality of work performed
2. Reveals the identity of a person and the best contact with colleagues as a result
3. The opinion that the tattoo is made mostly by criminals is outdated - show progressiveness by allowing them(i.e. breaking the stereotype)

Higher temperatures driving 'alarming' levels of hunger – report Global hunger index finds countries affected by drought and conflict in sub-Saharan Africa have seen biggest increases in undernourished people        The annual report is published as a series of the committee on world food security meetings. So, I can't call myself an optimist, however, I strongly believe that even if some troubles make you feel depressive, there's always a possibility that everything will change for the better. Moreover, a person himself should determine his/her own destiny the way he/she wants. I am always inspired by people who do everything to live for their own pleasure, to live happily, despite all the obstacles they may meet.
